  • Mechanical Supervisor (Full-Time)

    Focus MEP are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team, the candidate will be responsible for delivery of the projects from a site based position involving some of the following tasks:

     

    • Carrying out installations from a series of drawings & specifications
    • Monitoring standards of work ensuring compliance
    • Organising work sequences & labour in conjunction with other trades as set out in the programme.
    • Organising & Monitoring Subcontractors
    • Planning material deliveries
    • Liaising with the Main Contractor
    • Reporting on Progress in relation to the programme
    • Reporting on installation quality
    • Monitoring Health & Safety Compliance
    • Carrying out Toolbox Talks
    • Participating in Health & Safety Meeting
    • Ensuring all installers/subcontractors are working in accordance with RAMS

    Essential

    For the role, the candidate must have an all-round knowledge or M&E commercial Installations highly enthusiastic, organised, have good communication skills, be computer literate.

     

    Rates of pay in line with JIB and the option of a company vehicle.

  • Mechanical Installers (Full-Time)

    Focus MEP are looking for Mechanical Installers to join our team for upcoming exciting projects that are about to start.

     

    We are looking for installers who are fully conversant in the following:

     

    • Experienced in Installing Screwed Steel Pipework for LTHW & Chilled Water Systems
    • Experienced in the installation of Plantrooms & Boiler houses.
    • Installing of Soldered Copper pipework
    • Installing Pressfit Copper & Stainless Steel
    • Installation of Upvc Plastic Drainage
    • Install systems following drawings
    • Be conversant in using threading machines & presss fit machines

     

    For the role, the candidates must have good communication skills, strong understanding of mechanical systems including LTHW Heating & Domestic Services, attention to detail and have a proactive approach.


    Rates of pay in line with JIB.
