Project Background

Focus MEP have been appointed on the exciting multi-million-pound factory extension scheme at Edwards Kenn Business Park in Clevedon to deliver the full Design and Build M&E package.

Once complete, this state-of-the-art facility will consist of a new two-storey 34,500ft2 extension, with the addition of offices, training facilities, production area, laboratory, ancillary support areas, and new canteen; as well as associated HV/LV infrastructure upgrade works.

We look forward to working in partnership with Sweet Construct, and McCann & Partners Swansea to bring this high-quality scheme to life, enabling further expansion to its on-site production locally.
