Project Background

Focus MEP have recently secured and started work on the Windmill Farm refurbishment scheme in Newport to deliver the full Mechanical package.

Windmill farmhouse in Llanvaches will provide accommodation for children and for staff to sleep in overnight including a newly

built annex which will provide self-contained accommodation for older children who can live more independently.

We look forward to working in partnership with TPS Construction Ltd and McCann and Partners Ltd Swansea to bring this much needed scheme to life.
